by Uplift Engagement
A one-day coaching opportunity for leaders who want to bridge the gap between people, performance and meeting their business objectives.
The Leadership VIP Day is for leaders who need a leadership action plan to move their team forward and have an even bigger impact. In this one-day session leaders will work through a series of questions, discussions and exercises to work through leadership goals and vision, team and individual performance, current pain points, communication cadence and building supportive and meaningful leadership and team practices.
The VIP Process

A 20-minute Pre-VIP Day call to discuss your goals to ensure the process we take, exercises and discussions during the VIP session will be meaningful and move your and your team forward.
Phase Two
A 5-hour VIP Day session including lunch at your office, virtually or a co-working location.
A Leadership Action Plan delivered within 1 week of the VIP Day outlining next steps and commitments.
Phase Three
Three 45-min follow up calls over the 90 days following the VIP Day to discuss progress, challenges and wins.
Who is a Leadership VIP Day right for?
Leaders who don’t have the time to attend a 3-day training and interpret how to use the tools and information shared.
Leaders who feel they need a plan to guide how they support their team and each individual over the coming months.
Leaders who have big goals and aren’t sure how to motivate and engage their team to reach those goals and wins.
Leaders who want to move from reactive to more intentional and proactive with their team and their leadership practice.
What can be addressed during a Leadership VIP Day?
Understanding your current goals and business objectives and how they can be communicated to your team to gain buy in.
Building a leadership and/or team vision to guide your and your teams’ actions, planning and execution over the next 6-12 months.
Understanding your current team dynamics – what is working, what is not working and how to shift.
Understanding the individuals on your team and their performance opportunities to build coaching, engagement and, where needed, growth plans to increase performance and maintain well-being.
Understand workload and strengths to assess opportunities for delegation and re-prioritization.
Determine the leadership and team practices that will support your team in performing at the highest level and reaching their goals.
