Leadership Lift Program
The Leadership Lift Program is for leaders and organizations who want to bridge the gap between people, performance and business objectives. The program is typically 3.5 days but it can be customized to a shorter or longer program depending on client needs.
The Leadership Lift program focuses on foundational elements like understanding your responsibilities, developing your leadership style, giving candid feedback, the science of motivation and building strong working relationships. In addition, the program will dive into how leaders build culture and engagement while enabling performance. Leaders leave this program with increased confidence and with tools and strategies to leverage in their day-to-day work leading others.
This program will leverage workbook exercises, small group discussion, role plays and group facilitation to deliver the material. All training attendees will have access to one 1:1 coaching session with the trainer following the program. This allows leaders to dig into challenges and topics specific to their situation or sensitive challenges that they may not wish to share within a group setting.
Currently there are two ways to engage with the Leadership Lift Program:
Join an in-person open session.
